Job summary

NEOGOV is seeking an Implementation Consultant for a remote role within the United States. You will work with a team to implement NEOGOV HRIS Benefits products, coaching customers and building prototype configurations.

You will manage projects, track issues, and monitor customer satisfaction while traveling up to 20% for events and on-site meetings with clients.

Qualifications

• B.A./B.S. or equivalent experience in HRIS/Benefits.
• Proficient knowledge of the Human Capital Management and Benefits space.
• Experience in consulting or implementations in technical/HR space.
• Public sector knowledge is a plus.
• Proven ability to set expectations and communicate goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of NEOGOV’s Implementation and Configuration practices.
• Execute deployments and coaching for small-mid size customers.
• Demonstrate configurations via prototype systems and assist testing.
• Develop and maintain project plans, issues logs, and status reports.
• Identify system improvements in HRIS and Benefits product pillar.
• Monitor support levels and customer satisfaction against SLAs.
• Coach, mentor, and be escalation point for customers and support reps.
• Travel up to 20% for City Tours, conference attendance, and customer meetings.

Implementation Consultants are responsible for the support, training, best practice coaching, and implementation process for new NEOGOV customers. In this position, you will work with a team of highly skilled consultants, managers, developers, and subject matter experts. You will be supporting multiple HRIS customers implementing a variety of NEOGOV HRIS products, specifically our Benefits platform.

What You Will Do

• Develop an applicable understanding of NEOGOV’s Implementation and Configuration practices.
• Execute deployments (implementations) and best practice coaching for small-mid size customers.
• Demonstrate configurations through building prototype systems and assist in testing
• Develop and maintain project plans, issues logs, status reports, and time/budget reports.
• Identify system improvements and process opportunities in HRIS and Benefits product pillar.
• Track support level and customer satisfaction metrics by ensuring support SLA’s are being achieved and exceeded.
• Serve as a coach, mentor, knowledge resource, and escalation point for customers and support representatives.
• Participating in City Tours, NEOGOV’s Annual Conference, industry events, and face-to-face customer meetings (Travel - 20%)

What You Have

• B.A/B.S or equivalent work experience in the HRIS and Benefits field.
• Proficient knowledge of the Human Capitol Management and Benefits space
• Previous consulting or implementation experience in a technical and/or HR space.
• Working knowledge of the public sector is preferred, but not required.
• Proven track record of setting expectations, communicating goals and objectives with customers and teammates
• Effective time management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Experience learning technology quickly and applying business analysis strategies
