Job summary

GNCO, Inc. in Brooklyn Heights, OH (Hybrid) seeks an HRIS & Benefits Analyst to own the HR system of record, perform data maintenance, reporting, and analytics for core HR, payroll, benefits administration, wellness program management, compliance, and leave management.

The role oversees payroll, benefits administration, and wellness initiatives, partners with the HR/Training team, supports onboarding, and provides HR analytics to leadership while ensuring data integrity and responsive service.

Qualifications

• Seven years of progressive HR experience with emphasis on HRIS, payroll, and benefits.
• Experience with Paycor preferred.
• Excel at an intermediate/advanced level.

Responsibilities

• Owns HRIS system, manages workflows, and coordinates upgrades.
• Oversees payroll for the organization and supervises the Payroll Administrator.
• Manages benefits administration, broker relations, and vendor management.
