Responsibilities

• Ensure HR systems data integrity and develop insightful reports.
• Writes complex queries in PeopleSoft and analyzes with SAS, Excel.
• Leads process improvement efforts and drives related projects.
• Collaborates with IT and business partners on functional specs.
• Develops training materials and conducts HR systems training.
• Maintains confidentiality of sensitive HR data.
