Job summary

AutoZone, a leading retailer and distributor of automotive parts, seeks an analytical finance professional in Memphis to partner with leaders, support budgeting, forecasts, and long‑range planning. You will analyze sales and operations data, prepare dashboards, and deliver insights to drive business decisions across functions.

With 3–5 years of analytical experience, you’ll communicate complex findings clearly, influence leadership, and help optimize performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business/Finance/Industrial Engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in a highly analytical role.
• Strong quantitative and analytical problem‑solving skills.
• Experience analyzing sales, expenses, profitability, and operational performance metrics.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL and the ability to leverage data to address business challenges.
• Experience applying statistical and analytical techniques to support decision‑making.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to communicate complex information clearly to a variety of audiences.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Collaborative mindset with a commitment to delivering excellent internal customer service.
