TRC Talent Solutions partners with a leading global automotive manufacturer to optimize recruiting metrics and reporting. The Recruiting Metrics Analyst will manage KPIs, build dashboards, and support the Talent Acquisition team with data-driven insights.

This long-term contract onsite in West Point, GA emphasizes data integrity, executive reporting, and collaboration with HR and business stakeholders. Strong Excel and Power BI skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in HR analytics, workforce planning, or Talent Acquisition data.
• Experience with HRIS/ATS platforms (e.g., SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM, ADP, UKG).
• Advanced Excel skills with large datasets; experience building Power BI dashboards.

Responsabilités

• Track and maintain Talent Acquisition metrics and data across large datasets.
• Develop and manage executive reporting and Power BI dashboards to measure recruiting effectiveness.
• Monitor time-to-fill, offer activity, and hiring outcomes; analyze trends for process improvements.
• Create Excel-based tools, data models, and automated reporting with Power Query.
• Support offer processing and pre-employment activities; assist recruiters and hiring managers.
• Communicate recruiting performance with stakeholders and maintain reporting docs in HR systems.
• Collaborate with HR, TA, and business stakeholders on workforce planning and reporting initiatives.
