Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise HR scorecard and executive dashboards.
• Develop recurring and ad hoc workforce reporting for HR, Payroll, Finance, and Operations.
• Administer HRIS configuration, security, workflows, and testing.
• Partner with IT and vendors on system integrations and upgrades.
• Support compensation and benefits analytics and compliance reporting.
