Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated HRIS Analyst with a strong emphasis on Workday reporting and analytics to join our team. The ideal candidate will leverage Workday to design, develop, and optimize reports, ensuring they meet diverse business requirements while maintaining data integrity and improving reporting processes. This remote role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to strategic decision-making and operational efficiency through advanced data analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain custom Workday reports, utilizing advanced reporting techniques and ensuring data accuracy.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translating them into technical specifications for report development.
• Optimize reporting processes for efficiency, conduct data analysis for validation, and ensure consistent report performance.
• Lead projects on report standardization and support advanced analytics initiatives within Workday.
• Offer ongoing support and training to end-users on Workday reporting tools, enhancing data governance, and participating in Workday updates.
  
  

Must-Have Skills

• Proven expertise in Workday Report Writer, including advanced and matrix report development.
• Strong ability in creating Workday Calculated Fields to enhance reporting functionality.
• Excellent communication skills, able to articulate complex data concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  
  

Industry Experience: Preferred experience within the Tech industry, especially in large enterprise settings.
