Total Compensation BOE: $120,000 – $150,000 Salary plus bonus

The leadership team is highly focused on technical initiatives and is looking for passionate individuals to contribute to the advancement and development of their application environment.

We are seeking a Workday Finance Reporting Specialist with expertise in Workday Financials and optimize Workday reporting processes. A person in this role will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining financial reports and dashboards in Workday to support decision-making across the organization. This candidate must have a strong understanding of Workday Financials, financial processes, and data analytics.

Position Summary:

• Develop and maintain custom and standard financial reports and dashboards within Workday.
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, and Business Units to gather requirements and translate them into reporting solutions.
• Leverage Workday tools such as Workday Advanced, Composite Reports, Matrix Reports, and Workday Prism to design and maintain insightful, complex, actionable reports.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all financial reporting outputs.
• Monitor and optimize report performance; troubleshoot issues as needed.
• Provide end-user support and training related to Workday reporting tools and capabilities.
• Assist with Workday system updates, testing, and change management as it relates to reporting.
• Collaborate with Workday system administrators and other stakeholders on cross-functional projects.
• Manage the full Workday Finance report catalog, including strong controls around versioning, naming conventions and security access
• Gather and translate reporting requirements into functional and technical design documents.
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing reports to enhance performance and usability

Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience with Workday Financials, specifically in reporting and analytics.
• At least two years building and maintaining complex Workday Advance, Composite, and Matrix reports.
• Deep understanding of financial concepts and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Workday reporting tools including Report Writer, Composite Reports, Dashboards, and Worksheets.
• Experience with Workday Prism, Discovery Boards, or Adaptive Insights is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
