Job summary

TRC Talent Solutions is seeking an HRIS Analyst for a long-term contract in West Point, GA. You will support Talent Acquisition with advanced HR analytics, reporting, and Power BI dashboards to measure time-to-fill, offers, and hiring outcomes, partnering with HR, TA, and leadership.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years in HR analytics or BI, with experience in SuccessFactors/Workday/Oracle HCM or similar, advanced Excel, Power Query, and data modeling.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, business analytics, statistics, information systems, or related field.
3+ years in HR analytics, workforce planning, BI, HRIS reporting, or Talent Acquisition operations.
Experience with HR platforms such as SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM, ADP, UKG, or similar HRIS/ATS systems.
Advanced Excel skills, including experience working with large datasets.
Demonstrated experience developing Power BI dashboards, data models, and executive reporting solutions.
Experience with Power Query and reporting automation preferred.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and communication abilities.
Experience creating executive-level presentations and presenting data in a clear, business-focused format.
Manufacturing industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Track and maintain Talent Acquisition and recruiting performance metrics across large datasets.
Develop and manage executive reporting solutions and Power BI dashboards to measure effectiveness and process efficiency.
Monitor key recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, offer activity, and hiring outcomes.
Analyze recruiting data to identify trends, process gaps, and areas for improvement.
Generate and present reporting and presentation decks for HR, Talent Acquisition, and executive leadership.
Create advanced Excel-based tools, data models, and visual reporting solutions, utilizing Power Query and automation as appropriate.
Support offer processing and ensure timely completion of pre-employment and hiring activities.
Assist recruiters and hiring managers throughout all stages of the recruitment process.
Communicate recruiting performance results and actionable insights to stakeholders.
Maintain accurate recruiting records and reporting documentation within enterprise HR platforms.
Collaborate on workforce planning and reporting initiatives with HR and business partners.
Provide support for additional HR programs and metrics reporting, including benefits and employee participation programs.
