Job summary

Campus4Tech is seeking an Oracle Fusion HCM Business Analyst in the United States (remote) to support business requirements analysis, Oracle HCM processes, and HR process improvements.

You will collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT and stakeholders to document functional specs and assist with configuration, testing, and implementations of Core HR, Recruiting, Benefits and Payroll modules.

Qualifications

• Experience in HRIS analysis with Oracle Fusion HCM.
• Ability to document functional requirements clearly.
• Experience with HR processes including Core HR, Recruiting, Benefits, Compensation, Absence Management and Payroll.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document HR business and functional requirements.
• Support Oracle Fusion HCM implementation, configuration and enhancement activities.
• Assist with modules such as Core HR, Recruiting, Benefits, Compensation, Absence Management and Payroll.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and process documentation.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT and business teams to improve HR workflows.
• Analyse existing processes and identify opportunities for system and operational improvements.
