Job summary

Rocket Lab is seeking an HRIS Analyst I on-site at our Long Beach, CA headquarters. You will specialize in HRIS platforms (Workday HCM and ADP payroll) and partner with HR, Finance, Payroll, EIS, and IT to deliver HR data solutions.

You will implement, optimize, and maintain HR systems, build insightful reports and dashboards, and ensure data integrity across integrated applications while supporting process automation and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of work experience (HS Diploma or GED and 4+ years of work experience).
• Experience with Workday HCM and ADP payroll systems.
• Ability to develop reports and dashboards for HR stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assist with HRIS implementation, optimization, and maintenance.
• Develop reports and dashboards for key HR metrics.
• Support data integrity across integrated HR systems.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Payroll, and IT across locations.
