Job summary

Rocket Lab, based at its Headquarters in Long Beach, CA, seeks a Senior HRIS Analyst I to join the Enterprise Information Systems team. You will specialize in Workday HCM and ADP payroll, provide HRIS solutions, analytics, and collaborate across HR, Finance, Payroll, EIS, and IT.

Responsibilities include designing and maintaining HR systems, building reports, automating processes, ensuring data integrity, and delivering documentation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' Workday HCM administration experience and a bachelor's degree OR equivalent years of work experience (9+ years total).
• Hands-on experience in business requirements gathering and solution delivery.
• Strong technical background with HR, recruitment, payroll, and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, optimization, and maintenance of HR systems.
• Develop, configure, and deliver insightful reports and dashboards.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across integrated applications.
• Design and execute system tests and resolve issues.
• Work with benefit vendors to troubleshoot integrations.
