Job summary

Rambus is seeking an exceptional HRIS Analyst I to join our HR team in San Jose, California. This part-time role focuses on Workday data administration, HR data accuracy, and reporting support to HR partners and employees.

You will work with the HRIS Manager across data maintenance, audits, and process improvements in a hybrid environment with three onsite days per week and two remote days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Experience in HR operations, data, reporting or related area preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Excel (formulas, lookups, pivots).
• Attention to detail and timely, accurate work.
• Ability to follow procedures and ask focused questions when unclear.
• Strong written and verbal communication; explain technical info clearly.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
• Sound judgment handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Enter, review, and maintain worker and organizational data in Workday.
• Monitor Workday processes; validate information and approvals; resolve routine issues.
• Conduct data quality audits; document discrepancies and support corrections.
• Prepare HRIS deliverables to support payroll and connected systems.
• Run standard Workday reports and assist with ad hoc reporting.
• Assist with Workday configuration and maintenance activities.
• Execute test scenarios for Workday updates and new processes.
• Provide user support and training; document processes and checklists.
• Identify opportunities to improve data quality and user experience.
