Aspirus Health in WAUSAU, WI is seeking an HRIS Analyst to join our Human Resources team. The analyst will analyze, identify, design, and support opportunities to enhance HR processes across Aspirus entities, ensuring consistent practices in systems and driving unification where practices differ.

You will partner with business unit leaders and HR Business Partners to help drive strategic initiatives, support large-scale ERP campaigns, and maintain data integrity, reporting, and analytics to

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years in Human Analytics, HRIS or IT related practice.
• Experience with large-scale ERP systems.
• PHR/SPHR or equivalent preferred.
• Analytical and collaborative skills.

Aspirus Health in WAUSAU, WI is seeking a HRIS ANALYST to join our HUMAN RESOURCES team!

The HRIS analyst is responsible for analyzing, identifying, designing, and supporting opportunities (new and existing) for enhancing the business processes related to Human Resources across Aspirus entities. The analyst helps ensure consistent practices are being performed in the systems and drives unification efforts where the practices may differ between entities. He/she will partner with business unit leaders and the Human Resources Business Partners to help drive strategic initiatives.

HOURS: Full Time, 1.0 FTE, 80 hours every two weeks

Experience/Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum of 5 years progressive Human Analytics, HRIS or IT practice experience. Experience in supporting large scale ERP systems, including implementation, maintenance, upgrading, testing, and back end processing.
• PHR/SPHR or equal preferred
• Human Analytics, HRIS, IT, Business Intelligence, Critical Thinking and Collaboration competence.
• Annual competencies as required by Aspirus and/or various regulatory agencies based on entity and/or job position.
