Aspirus Health in Wausau, WI is seeking a Director- System Applications to join our Information Technology team. The role directs enterprise application functions and leads personnel delivering these services, with onsite work at the corporate headquarters five days a week.

Ideal candidate has 7–10 years in healthcare IT, 3+ years in leadership, and proven skills with EMR (Epic preferred), ERP, Imaging, CRM, and AI solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Healthcare Admin or related field required; Master's preferred.
• 7–10 years in healthcare IT with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Experience with EMR (Epic preferred), ERP, Imaging, CRM, Automation, and AI.
• Strong analytical skills to design and implement program changes and oversee staff.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills for teamwork and collaboration.

Aspirus Health in Wausau, WI is seeking a DIRECTOR- SYSTEM APPLICATIONS to join our INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY team!

The Director - System Applications is responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and controlling Aspirus' Information Technology enterprise application functions and the activities of personnel engaged in the provision of such services.

This position is required to be onsite at corporate headquarters in Wausau 5 days per week with occasional travel to other Aspirus locations.

Experience/Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is required, with a Master's degree or MBA preferred.
• A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in healthcare IT is standard, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
• Preferred to have demonstrated experience and proficiency with EMR (Epic preferred), ERP, Imaging, CRM, Automation and AI solutions.
• Possesses analytical skills necessary to develop and implement appropriate changes to programs and to oversee and direct work of assigned subordinates.
• Must possess excellent communication and organizational skills to work effectively with a team environment. Thorough knowledge of operational processes and process improvement beneficial.
