• Assist end users with system functionalities and features.
• Develop and deliver training for end-users and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain procedural documentation.
• Drive the organization towards a self-service model.
• Develop and execute test scripts for user acceptance testing.
• Participate in the global transformation of the HR system.
