We are seeking an analytical, detail-oriented HRIS Analyst to support our Talent Review and Performance Management processes. In this role, you will help maintain, optimize, and troubleshoot our Talent systems—primarily SumTotal and/or SuccessFactors—while partnering closely with HR, Talent Development, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of core performance and talent review cycles.

This is an excellent opportunity for an HR systems professional who is eager to develop hands‑on expertise in AI‑enabled HR technology, HR data management, and employee experience–driven process support.

Key Responsibilities
Systems & Process Support
  • Support the configuration, administration, and maintenance of Talent Review and Performance Management modules within SumTotal and/or SuccessFactors, including talent pools, talent and performance assessment forms, and 9‑box grids.
  • Assist in launching and managing performance cycles, goal‑setting processes, talent reviews, calibration sessions, and related system workflows.
  • Manage daily interface files, including monitoring error logs and partnering with IT teams to troubleshoot issues and update interface logic where needed.
  • Maintain and validate security role permissions and group access rights within the HRIS/Talent modules.
Data Management & Reporting
  • Maintain data accuracy and integrity across HRIS/Talent modules by executing scheduled and ad‑hoc audits, validating records, and supporting data governance practices.
  • Prepare standard reports and dashboards to support Talent and HR leaders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of insights.
  • Support data uploads, mass transactions, and system testing for updates, fixes, and releases.
User Experience & Stakeholder Support
  • Respond to Tier 1/Tier 2 inquiries from managers, employees, and HR partners regarding system navigation, functionality, and performance cycle requirements.
  • Assist with training materials, quick reference guides, and communications to help drive user adoption and understanding of Talent and Performance Management processes.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional partners—including HR Business Partners, Talent Management, Compensation, Compliance/Legal, Reporting & Analytics, and IT teams—to execute system‑related tasks and enhancements.
  • Lead/participate in recurring status update meetings with cross‑functional partners and key stakeholders, providing agendas and meeting recaps after each call.
Projects/Continuous Improvement
  • Participate in system enhancement discussions, UAT, and troubleshooting activities related to performance and talent review modules.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve system usability, and enhance employee experience.
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of HRIS or HR Operations related experience
  • Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with SumTotal, SuccessFactors (preferred) or similar HR/Talent Systems.
  • Experience supporting performance management or talent review cycles.
  • Working knowledge of HR data structures and reporting concepts.
  • Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data validation), PowerPoint, and MS Word.
  • Desire to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
  • Ability to lead and have full ownership of a project from start to finish.
  • Willingness to integrate within a fast‑paced, dynamic, and diverse global team.
  • Experience working with Case Management tools such as Zendesk and/or ServiceNow.
  • Understanding of SDLCs (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively and make independent judgments.
  • Excellent organizational, project management, and time‑management abilities.
