Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR, IS, Business, Tech, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in HRIS, HR tech, or data analysis-related areas.
• Working knowledge of SQL for data querying and validation.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis, validation, and reporting.
• Experience supporting HRIS/ERP/payroll or similar business applications.
• Ability to investigate and troubleshoot system or data issues.

Responsibilities

• Support HRIS administration, configuration, data maintenance, security, and user needs.
• Develop and maintain reports using SQL, Excel, and HR reporting tools.
• Investigate and troubleshoot system data issues and escalate as needed.
• Assist with system upgrades, releases, and testing documentation.
• Validate employee data to ensure accuracy and integrity.
• Support HR system integrations and security roles with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, vendors and partners to identify needs.
• Maintain system documentation and governance compliance.
