The HRIS Analyst is responsible for the configuration, integrity, and optimization of the organization’s Workday platform. This role requires a highly detail‑oriented, analytical professional who can own system accuracy, troubleshoot complex issues, and proactively improve HR processes through technology. This individual will serve as a key technical partner to HR and business stakeholders, ensuring that Workday is configured, maintained, and continuously enhanced to support operational excellence.
The employee must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily, communicate face to face or through technology with or without reasonable accommodation, and work in an office environment typically stationed at a desk. The employee will be asked to sit and stand for various increments of time, lift or push up to 10 lbs, and perform clerical office duties on various forms of technology.
