Grand River Health in Rifle, Colorado is hiring an HRIS Analyst to support our HR technology and data integrity, on-site. You will administer the HRIS, create reports, and collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT and leaders to improve processes and insights.

Administers and supports Human Resources Information System (HRIS) functions, serving as a key resource for system functionality, data integrity, reporting, and process improvement. Works collaboratively with HR team members, managers, and cross-functional partners to ensure efficient HR processes, accurate data, and effective use of HR technology.
We’re looking for an experienced HR professional with strong HRIS knowledge, analytical skills, and the ability to support and improve HR technology and processes.
