IT Resources in Florida is seeking an experienced HRIS Analyst to support and optimize our HR technology platforms in a fast-paced, multi-business environment.

A key focus is supporting the organization's ongoing transition from UKG to Rippling, with implementation already underway and full migration expected by July 2027.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of HRIS experience.
• Rippling experience strongly preferred.
• If no Rippling experience, prior UKG experience is required.
• Experience with HRIS reporting, data analysis, and system troubleshooting.
• Strong Excel and reporting skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
