This role offers a hybrid work model with 2–3 days in Burbank, a 10% annual bonus, and opportunities to shape global HR processes and data governance from the ground up.

Are you an HRIS Analyst looking for the opportunity to help select, implement and establish a brand-new global HR system rather than simply maintain an existing platform? U.S. Borax, part of the multi-billion-dollar Rio Tinto group, is undergoing a major transformation as it carves out to become a standalone global organization.
As part of this transition, U.S. Borax is establishing a new HRIS environment supporting approximately 1,000 employees globally, creating an exciting opportunity to join at the beginning of the journey and help build its future People technology landscape from the ground up.
HRIS certifications such as Workday Pro, SAP SuccessFactors or HRIP are advantageous but not essential.
