Kaleida Health in Buffalo, NY is seeking an HRIS Analyst to manage the organization's HRIS system, including data integrity, security, and upgrades. This full-time, onsite role supports payroll, benefits, and employee management.
You will coordinate system upgrades, assist with testing, training, and documentation, and help produce payroll data for federal and state tax reporting. The position requires attention to detail and collaboration with HR teams.

The HRIS Analyst manages the Kaleida Health HRIS system, including its data, security, and upgrades. The HRIS Analyst supports all HR functions including payroll, talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, employee management, support self -service functionality. Assists in the coordination of all HR system upgrades and assists with modifications to include testing, training of staff and documentation. Assists with providing data to reconcile payroll data for tax reporting (Federal 941, NYS 45, W-2) and provide payroll reports as required for 990 filings, ICR submissions and audits. Performs various audits, creates reports and performs uploads into the HR systems as required.
