Job Description / Responsibilities

Support and assist the laboratory department by ensuring compliance with all Kaleida Health contracts and agreements. Work closely with laboratory management in the development of projects and establishment of goals and objectives, including timelines. Responsible for meeting established goals; provide quality services and the skills necessary to contribute to the success of the laboratory and the system.

Education & Credentials

• High School Diploma or GED required. AAS
• Associate of Applied Science Biology or similar required. BS
• Bachelor of Science Biology or similar preferred.

Experience

• 1 year of laboratory experience is preferred.
• IATA within 6 months required.

Working Conditions

• Weight Requirement: Light (up to 20 lbs)
• Scheduled Work Hours: 7am‑3pm, 8am‑4pm, 9am‑5pm
• Work Arrangement: Onsite
