Job summary

Neighborhood Health Association (NHA) is seeking an HRIS Administrator to manage the HRIS system, support HR processes, and provide data-driven insights. The role collaborates with HR staff to implement solutions, ensures data integrity, and supports onboarding, reporting, and payroll administration.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of HRIS experience in healthcare or nonprofit settings, strong technical skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

  • Associates degree required; Bachelor's preferred.
  • 2–3 years in HR with HRIS, payroll (preferably ADP) and admin duties.
  • Healthcare/nonprofit/FQHC environment experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

  • Administer HRIS system and act as technical point-of-contact for HR data and reports.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of HRIS and ADP payroll systems.
  • Enter data, analyze and generate HRIS reports with accuracy.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and audits of HRIS data.
  • Develop standardized HR metrics reports and ad hoc queries.
  • Assist with posting jobs and recruitment reporting and onboarding.
  • Provide HRIS training and end-user communications.
  • Troubleshoot data issues and manage tickets to resolution.
  • Maintain HR dashboard and employee records.
  • General administrative support for HR department.
