REDW is seeking an HR consultant to join our team, delivering expert guidance on compensation, compliance, policy development, recruiting, and onboarding across multiple states.
You will help ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws, support organizational design and workforce planning, and lead compensation and total rewards initiatives. Strong HR systems and communications skills are essential.

Serve as a strategic HR advisor, guiding clients on best practices across HR functions (such as compensation, compliance with rules and regulations, policy development, recruiting, hiring, onboarding, etc.)
Ensure compliance with HR policies, regulations, and labor laws
Support organizational design, workforce planning, and restructuring efforts
Lead compensation, benefits, and total rewards strategy implementation
Drive HR systems, process improvements, and key client projects
Strong HR expertise across key functional areas (such as recruiting, benefits, employee relations, HRIS, compensation, training, etc.)
Demonstrated expertise across key HR areas (e.g., ACA, FLSA, total rewards, compensation, organizational development)
Advanced analysis and problem-solving skills with ability to implement solutions
Proficiency in HR systems and tools (including Compease and Microsoft Office)
Excellent communication skills with ability to simplify complex concepts
Strong relationship-building skills, including identifying and supporting business development opportunities
Highly organized with strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and ability to manage multiple priorities
