Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of progressive Human Resources experience in luxury retail or customer-centric environments.
• Experience supporting fast-paced or multi-functional business operations.
• Strong knowledge of talent strategy, employee relations, workforce planning, and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor and strategic partner to business leaders across The Landmark.
• Influence leadership through change management and team effectiveness.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to support hiring, onboarding, and employer branding.
• Drive workforce planning and succession planning to strengthen bench strength.
• Coach leaders on performance management and career development.
• Champion inclusive, high-performance culture aligned with Tiffany & Co. values.
