Canopy A&D is seeking a highly organized Manager, Human Resources in Irvine, CA to oversee HR operations at the headquarters. The role partners with site leadership to deliver employee lifecycle management, benefits programs, and compliance across California.

A strong background in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments is preferred. The position emphasizes implementing HR initiatives, coordinating with executives, and maintaining accurate records while ensuring safety and policy adherence.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of progressive HR and workplace operations experience.
• Strong command of California employment standards and HR compliance.
• Experience administering benefits programs and leaves of absence.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and initiatives.
• Experience coordinating external service providers and facility vendors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, benefits, and leave administration.
• Partner with leadership to address employee relations and performance management.
• Lead workplace initiatives from scoping to implementation with timely milestones.
• Manage HR records, SOPs, and HRIS data integrity.
• Provide administrative coordination for Executive Leadership and events.
