You’ll design governance, lead cross-functional planning, and deliver reports on progress, risks, and value realization. This role demands strong communication, leadership, and the ability to balance strategic thinking with execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of directly related experience.
• 7+ years of relevant project or program management experience.
• Experience leading HR transformation projects and digital HR initiatives.
• Ability to design PM artifacts and manage budgets.
• Strong communication and leadership across functions.

Responsibilities

• Design templates, standards, and governance models to elevate delivery quality.
• Lead cross-functional project planning and tracking in HR tech initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops to streamline processes and improve user experience.
• Provide strategic guidance on structuring work and balancing priorities.
