Job summary

Alcon in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Strategic Advisor for QA Vision Care and Pharma to lead strategic project management across global quality initiatives, ensuring compliance with standards and effective governance.

You will coordinate quarterly QMRs, develop executive dashboards, partner with Quality, Manufacturing, Regulatory, R&D, and supply chain, and drive continuous improvement. Onsite role requiring fluent English and 10 years of related experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +18 yrs; Assoc.+14 yrs; M.S.+7 yrs; PhD+6 yrs).
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Ten years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate strategic Quality programs across the Vision Care & Pharma Franchises.
• Develop and maintain executive dashboards, scorecards, and status reports.
• Facilitate collaboration across Quality, Manufacturing, Regulatory Affairs, R&D, Supply Chain, Commercial, and regional stakeholders.
• Plan, coordinate, and host quarterly Franchise Quality Management Reviews (QMRs).
