Job summary

You will work with leadership to streamline processes, leverage data and AI-powered tools to improve onboarding, reporting, and employee experience, while participating in talent programs and recruitment support. This internship offers broad exposure across HR functions and opportunities to drive process

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, business, organizational development, psychology, or a related field.
• Strong interest in HR technology, AI, process improvement, people analytics, talent management, and organizational development.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI, Workday, SharePoint or related HR systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive HR transformation and continuous improvement initiatives by evaluating processes, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending simplifications and automation.
• Leverage HR technology, AI, and automation tools to improve productivity, data quality, reporting capabilities, and employee experience.
• Support the design and implementation of an enhanced onboarding experience with scalable workflows, training materials, and communications.
• Contribute to talent and organizational development initiatives, including leadership development programs and benchmarking of best practices.
• Utilize HR data and analytics to generate actionable insights for workforce trends and strategic decisions.
• Support internship and early-career programs including recruitment, onboarding, and engagement initiatives.
• Assist with Talent Acquisition and employer branding initiatives, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews while exploring AI-enabled efficiencies.
• Research emerging HR trends, technologies, AI applications, and workforce practices to support strategic HR initiatives.
• Develop process documentation, SOPs, process maps, and knowledge resources to improve consistency and scalability across HR.
• Partner with HR and business stakeholders on special projects advancing workforce strategy and digital transformation objectives.
