Job summary

TriNet is seeking a Transformation Director to drive enterprise-wide change initiatives from Atlanta, reporting to the Transformational Leader. This role partners with senior stakeholders to fund, prioritize and resource programs across value streams, ensuring customer-centric outcomes and scalable execution.

The position emphasizes leadership, governance, and a data-driven approach to delivering results, with travel as needed and a focus on delivering measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to own and drive complex transformation initiatives and align with value stream goals (from Experience Qualifications).
• Experience collaborating across functions to define, align and manage program expectations (preferred).
• Track record delivering outcomes within governance frameworks and adopting new ways of working (preferred).
• Strong leadership in managing core teams, ceremonies, and cross-functional engagement (preferred).
• Ability to anticipate blockers and resolve obstacles to prioritize backlogs aligned with customer needs (required).
• Domain experience with curiosity and continuous learning to create value (required).

Responsibilities

• Execute the sub-stream transformation and achieve stated outcomes.
• Influence planning and determine sub-stream priorities within the Value Stream.
• Allocate sub-stream funding and resources to initiatives.
• Partner with stakeholders to trade off and allocate resources.
• Resolve cross-initiative issues and remove barriers to execution.
• Drive adoption of new ways of working and maintain standards.
• Supervise shared resources and support performance development across matrixed teams.
• Comply with policies and perform duties as assigned.
