Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in business/public administration, human resources, or other closely related field.
• 3 years of progressively responsible administrative experience, and 1 year in benefits, compensation, risk management, or HR.

Responsibilities

• Administers LMS: maintains content, enrollments, ensures accuracy, troubleshoots issues, coordinates with IT, serves as training inquiries contact.
• Coordinates training opportunities (virtual/in‑person/webinar); handles logistics, materials, attendance, tech setup, facilitation as needed.
• Conducts classification studies, performs market analyses to benchmark compensation.
• Assists with union negotiations logistics, materials, and notes.
• Provides admin support for employee relations program and coordinates activities.
• Responds to routine inquiries; refers complex matters to senior HR staff.
