• Associates will complete all job-required trainings such as Academy and Open Door trainings.

• Communicate goals and manage staffing and scheduling to meet facility plans.
• Oversee HR office functions including benefits, hiring, transfers, payroll, and compliance.
• Supervise and develop associates and leaders; monitor performance and provide feedback.
