Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead daily HR operations, benefits, hiring, payroll and training.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and maintain HR documents.
• Identify training needs and coordinate programs for hourly associates and supervisors.
• Develop and mentor associates and leaders within the facility.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling and workload distribution to meet goals.
