Job summary

Plexus Corp. in Neenah, Wisconsin, invites a HR Training Intern to gain hands-on experience within the training team. You will help administer the Learning Management System, track employee progress, and ensure data integrity.

With supervision from senior staff, you will assist in training delivery, ensure compliance with procedures, update training materials, and support internal communications to align teams with global initiatives.

Qualifications

• Student working toward a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Junior level status preferred.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Support LMS Administration: Assist the training team in administering the LMS to track progress and ensure data accuracy.
• Assist with Training Compliance: Help monitor training processes to ensure procedures and matrices are followed.
• Maintain & Audit Training Content: Review and update materials to keep documentation accurate and up-to-date.
• Facilitate Material Delivery: Prepare and organize training resources for effective sessions.
• Assist in Training Delivery: Support senior team members in delivering training programs.
• Support Global Communications: Help draft internal communications for alignment with initiatives.
• Promote a Continuous Learning Culture: Contribute to an engaging learning environment.
