Fresenius Kabi USA is seeking an HR & Training Generalist for our Pleasant Prairie, WI site. You will staff, train, and provide HR support for exempt and non‑exempt employees, acting as a liaison between staff and management to resolve issues and enforce policies.

The role involves data entry into the Learning Management System, delivering e‑learning and in‑person courses, and tracking learning needs. Onsite 4 days a week with some remote work; salary range $61,000–$76,000 with comprehensive

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; must have 3–5 years HR Generalist experience.
• 1–3 years training experience in a GMP regulated field preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency with HRIS and Applicant Tracking systems.
• Demonstrated ability to train, provide feedback, and re-train employees.
• Solid understanding of labor law and recruitment experience.
• Company language is English; ability to read, write, and understand English is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide employee relations support to local management, including counseling and disciplinary actions.
• Serve as daily contact for site staff on benefits, compensation, and general employment concerns.
• Conduct investigative interviews and follow up with complainants.
• Manage recruitment and onboarding for open exempt and non‑exempt positions at the site.
• Conduct new employee orientation and distribute paperwork and benefits materials.
• Conduct exit interviews and investigate key issues or concerns.
• Assist in designing and facilitating training programs (GMP, tasks, etc.).
• Filing, auditing, and archiving; ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality Management Systems.
