Fresenius Kabi in Nebraska is seeking an HR Generalist to provide recruitment and staff support for exempt and non-exempt positions. You will act as a liaison between employees and management to resolve employee relations issues and apply HR policies consistently across the workforce.

The role requires 3-5+ years HR Generalist experience and a four-year degree, with strong English communication and familiarity with HRIS systems.

Qualificações

• Three to five+ years of HR Generalist experience and a four-year degree are required.
• Must have excellent communication skills and be proficient in Windows applications and HRIS systems (preferably Workday).
• Must have a solid understanding of labor law and recruitment experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide employee relations support to local management and staff.
• Manage recruitment process and costs for open headcount at the local site.
• Create and maintain recruitment strategies and attend local job fairs.
• Conduct new employee orientation and exit interviews; support performance reviews.
