Job summary

Sabre Corporation is hiring a Team Member Support Specialist I in the Dallas area. You will monitor ticketing workflows, route inquiries to the right COE and teams, and support HR documentation, including verification of employment, salary verifications, and visa records.

The role emphasizes collaboration with subject matter experts, leadership, and external teams, with a focus on compliance, accuracy, and using AI tools to streamline processes.

Qualifications

• University education or equivalent work experience.
• 2–4 years of related HR or customer support experience or an advanced degree without experience.
• Experience using ticketing management systems and CRM tools.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the ticketing management queue and route cases to appropriate teams.
• Provide administration support across HR documentation (verification of employment, salary verifications, certificates, visa/immigration, employment authorization).
• Execute Team Member Services procedures and audits for compliance and retention.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and leadership to improve processes.
• Leverage generative AI tools to accelerate documentation and workflow management.
