Job summary

Eurofins Scientific is seeking an experienced HR leader to drive technology transformation, leveraging Oracle Cloud HCM to modernize data visibility, workflows, and the employee experience.

You will lead a US and international team, oversee Oracle HCM configuration, security, and integrations, and partner with HR, IT, and business leaders to deliver analytics, automation, and scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems/IT/HR/BA or related field.
• 10+ years in HR technology, with at least 5 years in leadership.
• 5+ years leading Oracle Cloud HCM efforts (implementation, configuration, optimization).
• Experience partnering with HR and business stakeholders to define system requirements and improve reporting capabilities.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, compliance requirements, and data security.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive technology initiatives.
• Experience in vendor management and contract negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technology-driven leadership to HR teams and organizational leaders, aligning with comprehensive HR solutions and company goals.
• Lead design, implementation, and management of Oracle Cloud HCM modules and enhancements.
• Oversee system configuration, security, and data integrity in the HR tech ecosystem.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, IT and business leaders to identify automation opportunities.
• Gather and prioritize information, reporting, and analytics needs from Oracle HCM and related systems.
• Oversee quarterly releases and configuration changes to minimize disruptions.
• Assess Oracle HCM functionality to identify optimization and adoption improvements.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure optimal HR tech solutions.
• Provide strategic guidance on emerging HR tech trends and best practices.
• Develop and execute a roadmap for HR tech enhancements.
• Lead a US and international HR technology team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Oversee incident resolution and SLA adherence for Oracle HCM.
• Ensure seamless integration with other enterprise systems.
• Monitor performance and drive optimization initiatives.
• Support M&A activities.
