Job summary

Comcast in the United States is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the Data Center Engineering organization, overseeing design, reliability, and lifecycle management of data center infrastructure including compute, storage, networking, power, cooling, and cabling.

You will drive operational excellence, standardize engineering processes, lead incident responses, and partner with networks, facilities, security, and architecture to ensure high availability of mission-critical platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data center engineering or operations.
• Proven leadership of engineering teams.
• Experience with DCIM and data center infrastructure management.
• Strong communication across technical and executive stakeholders.
• Focused on reliability and uptime.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute data center engineering strategies for scalable, reliable operations.
• Oversee maintaince and lifecycle management of compute, storage, networking, power, cooling, cabling.
• Ensure high availability and meet uptime targets across data center environments.
• Establish standardized engineering processes and change management practices.
• Lead incident response, RCA, and post-incident reviews for resiliency.
• Collaborate with Network, Operations, Facilities, Security, and Architecture teams.
