You will translate business, security, data, and integration requirements into scalable, secure architectures aligned with enterprise standards. Collaborate with stakeholders, Enterprise Architecture, delivery teams, security partners, and external vendors to promote SAP Clean Core, platform

Qualificações

• University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field with relevant professional experience.
• 4+ years designing and delivering enterprise IT solutions, preferably in financial services or regulated industries.
• Experience in solution/technical architecture translating business needs into technology solutions.
• Hands-on knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll integrations and data flows.

Responsabilidades

• Design end-to-end architectures for SAP SuccessFactors EC/EC Payroll, SAP BTP, and HR tech solutions.
• Translate business, security, data, and integration requirements into architecture and implementation approaches.
• Define cross-system integration architectures using APIs and standard patterns.
• Provide guidance for SAP BTP extensions while avoiding unnecessary customization of core apps.
• Maintain architecture artifacts and document decisions, risks, and dependencies.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, security, and delivery teams to align with the enterprise roadmap.
