The Simplot Company is seeking an HR Technology & Innovation Specialist to partner with People Services and IT to implement data-driven HR systems in Boise, ID. You will manage maintenance, upgrades and governance of core HR tech, ensuring data security and process efficiency across the employee lifecycle.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in HR technology, strong SAP SuccessFactors experience, and familiarity with ADP Payroll and UKG Timekeeping, with a collaborative, customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR technology administrator experience.
• Advanced knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors.
• Experience with ADP Payroll and UKG Timekeeping preferred.
