Job summary

Sims Limited is seeking a Global HRIS Data & Technical Analyst in Chicago to optimize HR systems and drive accurate workforce reporting. You will support SAP SuccessFactors administration, develop standard and ad hoc HR reports, and partner with HR, IT, and regional teams to ensure data integrity and governance.

Ideal candidates will have strong SuccessFactors reporting skills, Excel and Power BI proficiency, and experience managing HR data across multiple regions.

Qualifications

• Intermediate SuccessFactors reporting experience.
• Technical experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Basic to intermediate Power BI knowledge.
• Basic SQL knowledge.
• Understanding of HR fundamentals and data.

Responsibilities

• Develop and distribute HR reports and dashboards using SAP SuccessFactors reporting tools.
• Maintain the accuracy, integrity and security of HR data.
• Provide technical support for SAP SuccessFactors and manage user access.
• Coordinate data imports/exports and HR lifecycle data.
• Collaborate with HRIS teams to deliver reporting solutions.
