Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, PM or related field.
• Minimum 2+ years HR experience, preferably in a customer facing role.
• Excellent Microsoft Office experience; advanced PowerPoint and Excel required.
• Strong communication, collaboration and service orientation.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience presenting to various organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage HR projects using project tools and coordinate activities.
• Collaborate across functional areas to drive HR initiatives.
• Provide onboarding/offboarding support and respond to employee inquiries.
• Create and deliver presentations for multiple organizational levels.
• Develop and maintain HR project work plans with milestones and interdependencies.
• Ensure timely delivery with a high focus on accuracy and quality.
