Job summary

Lawson seeks an HRIS Applications System Analyst to support the daily operations, maintenance, and upgrades of the Infor/Lawson ERP and related HRIS applications. You will serve as a systems administrator and developer within a team that delivers HRIS solutions for CAO customers, ensuring secure, reliable service.

The role focuses on system administration, configuration, and support rather than development, with daily collaboration across IT, security, and HRIS business teams. U.S.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of relevant professional experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with Infor/Lawson S3 version 10.0.11 and supporting HRIS apps.
• Experience administering a high-availability, multi-server ERP environment in production.

Responsibilities

• Administer HRIS and Lawson ERP environments including installations and upgrades.
• Monitor performance and tune applications and databases for optimal HRIS service.
• Troubleshoot architecture issues across Windows Server, SQL, .NET, and IIS.
• Assist HRIS team with customizations, interfaces, and scripting (PowerShell, Perl).
• Plan and test patches, service packs, and migrations for HRIS applications.
• Provide knowledge transfer and training to HRIS staff; support secure hosting.
