• Assist in the development/coordination of support services such as those that support transition, first-year experience, and retention (≤140 chars)
• Maintain confidential records, reports, and documentation regarding Talent Development students (≤140 chars)
• Maintain a network of contacts and resources (≤140 chars)
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of resources that support student success, such as financial aid (≤140 chars)
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of University policies and procedures that support and assist in retaining students (≤140 chars)
• Assist in the coordination and update the Talent Development History book (≤140 chars)
• Represent Talent Development on various University committees (≤140 chars)
• Participate in scholastic standing review as needed (≤140 chars)
• Assist with parent and family engagement (≤140 chars)
