Job summary

BG Foods is seeking an HR Coordinator, Recruiting, Onboarding, and Analytics to lead recruiting, interview coordination, and onboarding of new hires. You will partner with HR and operations to fill full-time and temporary positions and coordinate orientation.

You will manage posting, screening, scheduling, and training tracking via LMS, with weekly and monthly reporting to plant leadership. This role requires data-driven decisions and collaboration to ensure compliant onboarding.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Familiarity with Workday onboarding and HRIS systems.
• Strong data reporting and analytics skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruiting processes and interviews.
• Manage onboarding of new hires and orientation logistics.
• Post positions and track candidates through the hiring process.
• Prepare weekly and monthly HR reports for leadership.
• Maintain LMS and training records; support training needs.
• Collaborate with payroll, benefits, EHS, and management.
