Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Enter job candidate data into the applicant tracking system within 8 hours.
• Screen applicants using ATS and verify documents against job descriptions.
• Verify rehire eligibility in Cyborg and other databases.
• Conduct phone screenings and schedule in-person interviews.
• Verify licensure and certifications as required.
• Perform reference checks and onboarding scheduling.
• Support transfers and coordinate payroll eligibility.
• Collaborate with recruiters, HR, and hiring managers.
• Participate in community recruitment activities.
