Covenant Health is seeking a Talent Sourcing Specialist to proactively build a candidate pipeline for current and future needs. The role collaborates with Talent Acquisition to implement sourcing strategies, campaigns, and events across multiple teams.

The ideal candidate will leverage networking, social media, and ATS/CRM tools to identify prospects, track ROI, and support recruiters with data-driven insights. This is a full-time, day-shift position based in Knoxville, TN.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in strategic talent sourcing or recruitment.
• Experience using ATS/CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide candidate sourcing support for multiple positions using pipelines, job ads, and data.
• Develop sourcing plans with stakeholders and run school recruitment campaigns.
• Plan and support recruiting events with facilities leadership and recruiters.
• Maintain and grow candidate pipelines and monitor market trends with marketing partners.
• Source hard-to-find passive talent via diverse channels and move leads to recruiters.
